I lead our customer delivery teams at Eventbase. My role focuses on ensuring clients achieve successful outcomes with our product, driving satisfaction, retention, and overall experience. 

My favourite thing about Eventbase is the people. We have such a talented bunch of people on the team and everybody is incredibly supportive of one another. Because of our company size, everybody has an opportunity to put forward suggestions and to feel heard. Originally from New Zealand, I’ve spent the past six years in Canada building my career at Eventbase. With over a decade of experience in the technology space, my background is rooted in Project Management. I joined Eventbase as a Producer and have since grown into a leadership role, where I now lead a talented team delivering world-class mobile app experiences for events.
