Stage 2

Intro Chat 🗣️

At Eventbase, we like to start by connecting candidates with the People team for a 30-minute Intro Chat via Google Meet. An Intro Chat is a conversation designed to help us get to know you a little better and give you an opportunity to learn more about the role and our company.

Our goal is to ensure there's a mutual fit before moving forward in the hiring process. We look forward to connecting with you and learning more about you and your experience!

Stage 3

First Interview 1️⃣

After a successful Intro Chat, you'll meet with the Hiring Manager(s) where we'll dive deeper into your experiences, goals, and how they align with our mission to bring people together for the magic of live events.

We’ll talk team dynamics, challenges we’re excited about, and how we turn big ideas into real impact for the world’s biggest events. Bring your questions, curiosity, and authentic self—we can’t wait to get to know you better.

Stage 4

Second Interview 2️⃣

We believe in creating meaningful connections—not just at the events we power, but within our team as well. In this round, you’ll connect with future teammates who know the ins and outs of the role and what it’s really like to work here. It’s a chance for you to get a feel for the vibe, ask the real questions, and imagine what it’s like to be part of the team.

This interview will kick-off with a 15-minute presentation on any marketing campaign you've run, going over strategy, execution, and ROI.

Stage 5

References & Background Check 🪪

Before making an offer we'll collect two to three professional references (preferably someone you reported to) to hear about your experience, work style, and what it’s like to collaborate with you.

We'll also conduct a background check through Sterling Solutions. It’s all part of making sure we’re setting everyone up for success from day one.
